This line is the general manufacture of well – known firms of Germany and Turkey. According to a new line it is produced 20 mm, 25 mm, 32 mm, 40 mm, 50 mm plastic drinking water pipes. Daily productive power is 3800 kg or 7600 - 23000 meters of pipe manufacture. Taking into consideration a wide demand for these goods the equipments for manufacturing plastic pipes with an aluminum layer were installed. The conditions were created for manufacturing goods of 2 kinds and 10 assortments.

2 technological lines, producing profile

It is joint production of Duramax German enterprise and Özge Turkish enterprise of machine industry. 360 kg of raw materials is used within an hour, and 8600 kg is used within a day. The productive power is 300 meters within an hour, 8000 meters within a day. Changing moulds, there are opportunities for the production of any kind of profile of doors and windows.

Production line of lumber

It is joint production of Duramax German enterprise and Özge Turkish enterprise of machine industry. Changing moulds in one channel extruduter with 70 mm diameter, lumbers are produced in the size 12,5 cm, 20,0 cm and 25 cm for false ceilings, door covers and so on. The productive power is 42 square meters within an hour, 1000 square meters within a day.

The equipment, producing molding fillet

It is joint production of Duramax German enterprise and Özge Turkish enterprise of machine industry. Molding fillet is produced for fastening door and window glasses of one channel exdruduter with 70 mm diameter. 80 kg of raw materials is used within an hour, 1920 kg within a day. The productive power is 145 meters within an hour, 3500 meters within a day.

The production belongs to Turkish Republic enterprise Microsun. In two channel extruduter with 67 mm diameter 100 kg of raw materials is used within an hour, 2500 kg within a day. The productive power is 25 square meters within an hour, 600 square meters within a day.

The production of drinking water pipes

The production belongs to Sarem machine enterprise of the Turkish Republic. In two channel extruduter with 70 mm diameter 125 kg of raw materials is used within an hour, 3000 kg within a day. The production of propylene water pipes (with or without foil) of 5 assortments is possible.

The equipment, producing profile rubber

The production belongs to Henkel German firm. Profile rubber of different sizes is produced in one channel extruduter with 60 mm diameter. 160 kg of raw materials is used within an hour, 4300 kg within a day. The productive power is 187 kg within an hour, 4500 meters within a day.

2 Mixers

It is joint production of Duramax German enterprise and Özge Turkish enterprise of machine industry. The main function is to mix the raw materials, given in the appropriate proportion for using in the appropriate field. It prepares 200 kg of raw materials for production within 10 minutes.
