The foundation of Cahan Building was caused by the aspiration to become stronger at building market of Azerbaijan. In spite of the fact that the company was found not long ago – in June, 2007, for the short period of time it could do a lot. Only within a few months the company could do the work on the facing of buildings of various difficulty degrees in the area of 110 thousand square m. The process of covering four or five storey building is possible to complete in 20 – 25 days. Owing to duly and qualitative work of young campaign, it had new contracts. In long-term plans of Cahan Building there is a continuation of front works on other buildings in Nakhchivan (total 250). Besides this, in the activity of the company on an accomplishment of Nakhchivan have become interested in other areas of the country. Therefore, it is hoped to open branches in Baki and Lankaran. In the plans of the company there is a building of a slate factory with the production capacity of 180-200 square m. of slate every day and also commissioning of factory of radiators with the production power of 300 radiators a day.

It is necessary to add, that at the moment there are 187 workers. And in immediate prospects the number of employees will increase. This will occur as soon as all other divisions of the company work in full force.
