Today without exaggeration one can say, that Cahan Holding belongs to the number of business structures, which defines the vector of business development in Azerbaijan. Permanently developing and improving its structure Cahan Holding annually masters all new fields of business. At present there are about nine companies in Holding (Cahan Motors, Cahan Red, Cahan Pen, Cahan Tobacco, Cahan Tea, Cahan Commerce, Cahan Trading Centre, Cahan Construction...).

Thereupon it should be noted, that the overwhelming majority of productive capacity of Holding is in Nakhchivan. Such a situation is not occasional.

The matter is that, in the frames of the social and economic program of regional development it is paid a special role to Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. The development of this part of our country, which has been put under a blockade frоm outside Armenia for many years, is taken under the personal control frоm outside the country’s head governing body. It is not occasional that during every his visit to Nakhchivan president Heydar Aliyev personally took part at the opening of industrial enterprises, the objects of social and industrial infrastructure. In this respect, one can say that Cahan Holding is very lucky. In December, 2006 the president of the country personally took part at the opening of a number of Holding’s enterprises.
